With reports emerging that residents from minority groups in certain wards are still reluctant to receive the vaccine, the health authorities have provided funding to ensure that people are provided with more information about the vaccine – and potentially change their mind and receive the vaccine.<\/p>\n
The role of the project will be to provide information and awareness about the benefits of receiving the vaccinations.<\/p>\n
A spokesperson for Thurrock BME said, “we are pleased that we have been successful in securing funding for this project. It is important for all residents to be vaccinated as quickly as possible to prevent unnecessary deaths and reduce the spread of the virus.”<\/p>\n
